NATIONS CUP

Nations Cup is a new Global rugby competition and is the biggest overhaul to the Rugby Union calendar since the game turned professional.

Nations Cup will take place on alternating years beginning in 2026, played across existing July and Autumn International Test windows.

The competition will have a truly global feel, footprint and audience with participating teams including all Six Nations teams (England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, France, Italy) and the leading southern hemisphere teams (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Argentina). Plus, two additional invitational teams.
